Our client is an independently owned and proudly South Australian, second generation, family-owned Real Estate agency. We are currently searching for a Property Manager to join the close-knit team within this very successful business. You will be responsible for the day to day running of your own portfolio.

You will be a driven professional, able to utilise your previous experience and knowledge of the industry to step into the role and hit the ground running.

Our client are extremely flexible with hours and are happy to consider the possibility of this position being either full-time or part-time.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Development of strong business relationships with owners;
  • Liaising with tenants;
  • Building maintenance and liaising with trades;
  • Leasing & marketing activity;
  • Conducting lease renewals & rent reviews;
  • Routine inspections and condition reports;
  • Ingoing inspections, final inspections and bond refunds;
  • Collection & management of rental arrears;
  • Attend Tribunal Hearings when required & preparation of relevant Forms and documentation.

Skills and attributes required for the role include:

  • Previous experience as a Property Manager or as a Property Management Assistant;
  • Fantastic attention to detail;
  • Good computer skills, particularly MS Office suite;
  • Experience with Real Estate software;
  • Excellent presentation;
  • An ability to work to deadlines as part of a team;
  • A positive, goal-centred outlook;
  • A cheerful, professional approach;
  • Motor vehicle & current unrestricted licence;
  • Current Property Manager licence.

Remuneration is negotiable and commensurate with previous experience and relevant qualifications. There is also the opportunity for performance-based incentives.
