About the role:

As a specialist Family & Estates Lawyer, you will oversee and be involved in a wide range of matters from beginning to end. You will -

  • Have a hands-on role in dealing with a busy but extremely interesting and diverse caseload;
  • Not be afraid to get 'stuck in' and attend in Courts and Tribunals on a regular basis;
  • Receive instructions and provide advice to clients about their matter and relish the opportunity to be provided with sufficient autonomy to run your own file load but also be in a team that allows problems to be solved collaboratively;
  • Settle a range of legal documents;
  • Guide clients through the legal process;
  • Engage in client development and contribute to the further growth of the firm; and
  • Report to the Partners with respect to service and advice being provided to clients.

Being part of our agile legal practice will mean that you will be able to adapt to the ongoing changes in the legal industry and you will be asked to contribute to refining processes to ensure the best delivery of service to clients.

To be successful in this role you will be able to:

  • Take ownership of your work;
  • Be responsible for the service and turnaround times for matters;
  • Oversee other staff involved in your matters;
  • Use your initiative to ensure best outcomes for clients; and
  • Be able to continually embrace change.
This is a full-time position based either in the heart of Adelaide or in the Southern Suburbs.

Rate is negotiable and will be commensurate with experience.
