Have you ever considered a role as a Client Service Administrator within the Financial Planning arena, or are you already an experienced CSA looking for your next challenge?

We are looking for an individual who is keen to learn and enjoys providing excellent client service and efficient administrative support to existing and prospective clients.

If successful we would like you to be involved in the following:

  • Acting as the client liaison to existing clients and being a point of contact for the day-to-day queries from these clients relating to administrative issues;
  • Assisting with administration for existing client reviews, including scheduling and pre-review preparation;
  • Diary management for the Senior Adviser;
  • Liaising with external parties such as fund managers, superannuation funds and insurance companies;
  • Data base management.

To be successfully considered for this role you require:

  • Excellent written and communication skills with a high attention to detail;
  • Professional presentation and phone manner;
  • Strong organisational skills, with an ability to multi-task;
  • Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment;
  • A proactive attitude.
