If successful we would like you to be involved in the following -

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Establish positive relationships with clients, contractors, and other key stakeholders;
  • Provide high level of customer service, building long term relationships with Committee members and owners;
  • Manage budgets and forecasts to ensure liquidity of the Corporation’s funds;
  • Implement building maintenance and improvement strategies within budgetary constraints;
  • Assist clients to identify and manage risks in a highly regulated safety and legislative framework;
  • Organise and hold Body Corporate General and Committee Meetings providing on-the-spot advice to owners on their rights and obligations;
  • Monitor financial matters and payment of accounts;
  • Assist clients with lodging complex insurance claims and arrange renewals;
  • Ensure legal compliance with respect to building management and Body Corporate issues;
  • Manage and resolve owner, neighbour and contractor disputes.

Your skills and experience:

  • Customer orientated with a proven track record of success;
  • Ability to engage with and influence a wide variety of people;
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills;
  • Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills;
  • Ability to manage legislatively complex issues;
  • Solid skills in Microsoft Office;
  • Knowledge of Legislations and Acts (desirable. Ongoing training provided).
